Our Response to COVID-19

Sep 10 Update:

With the good news of continuing decline in test positivity cases surrounding our state, we are adapting our rules to reflect this. Starting immediately, we are increasing the number of allowed tours in a given day to six. The time slots shall remain the same (see May 18 Update, below) but we will allow two tours at the same time.

In order to reserve your appointment, please call us at 800-999-4994.

Crown Point Cabinetry will be disinfecting the showroom between each tour.

Our updated procedure for tours:

  1. Upon arrival, enter the building through our main entrance.
  2. Hand sanitizer is available immediately upon entry, and we ask that everyone use it.
  3. Wearing a mask is mandatory. If you do not have one, they are available on the table upon your entry. Masks must be worn the entire duration of the tour.
  4. Temperatures do NOT need to be taken. (Only necessary for employees)
  5. Please review the list of posted questions. If you can answer yes to any, please return to your car and immediately contact your sales designer.
  6. Otherwise, welcome! And please proceed into our lobby.

With the likelihood of two tours at the same time, we will do our best to maintain the 6′ safe distance rule.

We are now allowing tours on our shop floor. We respectfully ask everyone to maintain the 6′ safe distance rule and not engage our cabinetmakers in conversation.

Children are allowed to visit us with their parents, but as before, no one under the age of 18 will be allowed on the shop floor.

Rest rooms continue to be available.

May 18 Update:

Our showroom is now open by appointment only. Any “walk-ins” will be asked to leave. As of this date, appointments can be made for any day of the week, including Saturday and Sunday.

To give clients adequate time for touring our showroom and discussing their project, we are only scheduling three different appointments on any given day. Appointments are 2.5 hour blocks with these times:

  • 9:00 – 11:30
  • 12:00 – 2:30
  • 3:00 – 5:30

Obviously, clients don’t have to stay the entire block, but the time is available.

In order to reserve your appointment, please call us at 800-999-4994.

Crown Point Cabinetry will be disinfecting the showroom between each tour.

We are requesting our visitors to please leave children at home at this time.

In order to comply with current guidelines, clients will be required to follow our current state guidelines.

Upon arrival, please remain in your car, and call us at 800-999-4994 to alert us. Your designer will meet you at the door to let you in and explain the safe entry procedure which is:

  1. Immediate use of the hand sanitizer
  2. If any member of tour group is not wearing a mask, Crown Point will provide one, and masks must be worn the entire duration of the tour.
  3. The designer will then use a non-contact thermometer to measure forehead temperatures. NOTE: Anyone registering a forehead temperature of 100 degrees or more will not be allowed entry into our building.
  4. Upon completion of temperature readings, use of the hand sanitizer again.

Though it can be challenging, we will do our best to maintain the 6′ safe distance rule.

At this time, we are not allowing any tours out on our shop floor.

Rest rooms are available.

Thank you for your understanding and patience!

March 30 update

Crown Point Cabinetry has been deemed an essential business by the Governor of New Hampshire. As such, we are in business, crafting cabinetry and taking on new orders. While we continue to operate, we are taking all necessary precautions to keep our entire team safe. In order to limit face-to-face interactions, our showroom is not open to visitors until May 15th, 2020. In the meantime, see our virtual shop tour at (link).

If you have a project you would like to discuss, please give us a call. We are here to help!

March 18, 2020

As president of Crown Point, my number one priority is the health and well-being of our amazing crew, our outstanding professionals and our wonderful clients.

For starters, I am asking my crew to follow the common-sense guidelines from the CDC to help prevent the possible spread of the virus.

As a company, we are taking extra measures to clean and disinfect common areas. Maintenance will be cleaning and disinfecting these areas multiple times daily. As we plan to continue operations during this time, these measures are critical for the crew and any guests to our facility. Employees are being given time for cleaning and disinfecting personal workspaces. Whether in an office or on the shop floor, the goal is for areas to be safe for the employee and their coworkers. We are also ensuring that all employees understand they are not allowed to work if they are not healthy.

Many of our employees have children in schools that are now closed until further notice. Employees that are now in a position to find temporary childcare are being given the flexibility they need to solve this temporary challenge.

As per the request of the President of the United States, we are suspending all staff travel for the next 15 days. We understand this can provide a minor interruption in the outstanding service we normally provide. While no business wants to take these steps, we feel it is responsible to listen to those in charge of getting the virus under control sooner than later.

As such, our showroom will also be closed to our professional partners, clients and visitors for the next 15 days. (March 18 – April 1)

During this time, salespeople are being asked to work with clients and professionals remotely.

We know many of you are in the midst of various stages of design and installation of your projects, and we want you to know that Crown Point Cabinetry will do everything we can to help you keep your projects on schedule. At this time, we do not anticipate any Crown Point induced interruption to your schedule or deliveries. Besides working remotely with your sales designer, we wanted to remind you of a few ways we can work together to keep your projects moving.

Email: We are open for business, so even with some employees working from home your inquiries will still be answered. info@crown-point.com

Phone: We have staff available to answer calls, 1-800-999-4994.

Virtual Tours: We have a great virtual tour of our showroom. Until you are able to come visit, please check it out – Crown Point Showroom Tour.

We have been made aware of some projects being delayed due to the situation we now face. We are asking all of our clients to let us know if they are experiencing interruptions. We will do everything we can to help accommodate your new schedules. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you find your project facing delays.

On a personal note, I am optimistic the measures being taken by everyone across our great country will put this situation behind us sooner rather than later.

Thank you for your continued confidence in us as we work through this challenge together.
